Old thread, and I hope you see this, though this is off the true topic of the thread.
What side mirrors are you running on your car? I've never found the factory mirrors to have an adequate size (or perhaps it's how they're located), but I absolutely want to use the factory mounting holes, as it appears you have. The mirror shape you're using really suites the aero look of your car
I currently have the typical black plastic flag style mirrors on both sides, but with a 2 inch long (~50mm) cylindrical extension turned from delrin rod. This works great and places the mirrors well to function as expected, but doesn't look as nice as I hoped. I will live with them as is unless I can find a more attractive but equally functional alternative.
Your mirrors almost look like Vittaloni California mirrors adapted to factory mirror stalks (ala Gerrelt). If this is the case, how do you like the size of the mirrors relative to functionality?
