This should be most of it. I assumed that your rig was off-road only not street-able hence the not talking about windshield and wipers. The fire extinguisher thing is special, and it should be accessible from outside of the toy as well as inside.
The classes of toys are also worth looking into as it could affect anything else you bring besides the rail. The rules change per the classes.
