Ask Jake what he can do for an exhaust, since I know he was testing some more economical exhaust solutions than the Tangerine System (which I have used and recommended to many customers since I think that it is indeed one of the nicest exhausts available)
There is NOTHING, and I repeat NOTHING that even comes within 25% of being parallel to the Tangerine system! It is the most incredibly built system on the planet for a TIV engine!
If I build an engine over 2316cc (even most of them get it) it is a requirement that it received a Tangerine, or I won't put my name on it.

I'm planning on going to CYW in May, if Jake, Charles, or anyone else who has given advice are going to be there, I'd like to talk with them about this more.
What I'll do for now is tear down the motor, get it prepped for machine work, and wiegh the options. If it didn't need a teardown I would have left it stock, but, it does, so I might as well take some cash and make the motor nice. It doesn't have to be on the road tomorrow, and I enjoy working on it, so it can be a lengthy process.
