Yes, all 914 kits will come with the waterjet cut aluminum full surround kits.... It will seal up just like stock.

These won't be available in Carbon Fiber though- Not enough demand to justify a $$$$ mold.

That shroud looks killer!

It is a nice "middle ground" between good looks and awesome performance....I know it is aimed at the 914 guys, but that will look great in a bug also!

I know for me personally, I have been putting of getting a DTM as I didn't want the oil cooler in the location of the current DTM as I have an external oil cooler. Also, the oil cooler hose ontop of the DTM didn't quite look right, (I know I know, looks kill, but still)... but this design addresses both of those "niggles", and I can't wait to see the finished product!....

I think alot of the guys that are running 911 shrouds will now look more seriously at that shroud and the benefits of the DTM;)

Keep up the good work Jake!

Will a "regular" DTM shroud fit in a 914?

Nope, not unless you chop the firewall badly.

Thats why I made a 914 spec shroud.

I figured there was a logical reason. :D So the 914 DTM is thinner or set further back? Will your Serpentine belt set up fit with the DTM in a 914?

Actually although not in a 914 I've been running a modified dtm without the internal oil cooler with an external dual setrab and the oil temps stay around 180 and creep up just past 200 on long drives on the highway. So when Jake gets this fully tested I don't think oil temps will be a problem at all - great work Jake

Thanks Ken,

Your shroud mod actually inspired this 914 DTM!
