I did think about it but I don't want to strip it again later to paint it.

That will look great! Single stage or base/clear?

Re: 2270cc type 4 EFI Turbo: my first engine build
I've been thinking a lot about my engine breather system now I'm at final mockup stage.
To recap:
Dry sump 2 stage pump
I have 3 breathers, 1 below the 911 fan (would have been the original breather tower) + 1 on each cylinder head.
I assume (but would like to hear from people with experience);
I connect those 3 breathers to a small say <1 litre breather box, the breather box has a small air filter on it. This box needs to be higher than the oil tank, the lines have no droop to pool oil in effectively blocking them.
The bottom of the breather box goes into the top of the dry sump tank
The dry sump tank top is vented via a small air filter
Is it correct / going to work?
What I'm trying to do is to avoid remaking this system on a painted car after oil goes out everywhere.....

Very nice build you have going. My experience is only with type1 platform so may not apply, but my offroad car with a 2276 and dry sump is vented to a 1 liter breather box with filter and all lines run uphill to breather box, a 1/2" from each case half and 1 to dry sump tank. I do not vent the valve covers, have seen videos of how much oil they contain when this happens. I want the oil to return to the case so I make it the vented area.
Good Luck

Good quality is getting harder and harder to find.

I have read the same. Venting the valve covers causes the oil not to return to the case.

I've been working hard the last 2 months to get this on the road this year
New and improved chargecooler design (now welded, no pics to hand) Front mounted oil cooler with fans and my brackets Next task is to mount my custom dry sump oil tank under the package tray

Re: 2270cc type 4 EFI Turbo: my first engine build
One of the hardest tasks was the pressure hats - I bought "blanks" from CB as I'm using 57mm tube and wanted to set the inlet positions for my application. I had to weld 2 hole saws together to get the drilling depth at the angle I needed.
Then I had to use a handheld power drill, it was sketchy! Of course the bases don't work with my 50mm throttle bodies so then there's stuff like this..... Then there's all the other non engine stuff that goes with a big build like this (5 speed shifter, suspension, machining hubs, brakes, ....) limited by the fact I can't cut the body at all to do this (as it's a '50)

Awesome fabrication!
I actually don’t think you will ever need the fans on thé oil cooler with the cooler in that spot and in that size.
