Clutch has arrived... BERG fan has been fitted.... Just need to check the valve clearances, then the engine will hopefully go back in tomorrow afternoon... Might even make the track on Wednesday night.

My first successful power runs last wednesday night.... Car ran well, started making good power with every run, then bang... The rhs axle snapped.... Good thing I have a new pan with Folts equipped 091 coming together.... The 2276 is almost ready to go in too.

Long time no speak fellas.... Not much has happened on the turbo front for me.... After breaking the axle months ago, I put the car in the shed and closed the door.... With every intention of getting the new pan and cage built up, the POS was moved into storage to give me room to concentrate on the pan.... Then I got distracted.

Started on the T34 resto, then I built a couple of bespoke art projects which came to workshop, then a customer car came in for a complete running gear update and detail and life just got in the way....

But things have started to happen again... Have decided not to pull the POS down to build a more serious car... The decision was easy.... The new car wasn't going to use much of the POS, just the body... So decided not to wreck the car, and will get it back on the road... Itll be nice to have a quick NA road car again.....

So now we have a new race car coming together.... I'll just use what I have laying around.... The new pan is almost done, the new CroMo cage is about to begin, the engine has gotten bigger (2387) and now has a flanged crank to make sure it holds together.... Lots of other cool stuff has been collected to.... And of course we have a new body shell to go on the new pan.... A chop top VRod project I started a few years back, but never finished....

Also picked up a new turbo today, but I'm a little unsure if I should use it.... It's a GT3076!
