Picked up my newly linebored and cut block yesterday. Also got a set of Made in Germany Kolbenschmidt, steel backed bearings. We modified them to also have a oiling grooveon the inside of the bearing to constantly feed oil to the rods.
Case is a Mexico AS41, first bore over on the mains and cut for 94mm barrels (in my case thickwall 92's)
The flywheel is a German piece, that we turned so it's clean, but not lightened.
Next week I'll get the rotating assembly delivered for a balance job, and then start to mock up the shortblock

I thought the TW 92s were a "94" at the head but still "90.5/92" at the base/case end. You can even get 94s cut down to the 90.5/92 case bore to keep from cutting the case so much.

They were 97,3ish mm at the bottom. And where advertised as 94 head and case.

Will use the cast pistons as a reference for ordering JE's

Since this is the Forced Induction area of the site, I bought a turbo engine
2165cc. Roughly 350hp/490nm to the wheels.
There are some room for improvement, but I guess I'll run it like this for the time being. Got a really nice transmission in the deal also.

Some basic specs on the new engine:
Aluminium case
CB Performance Wedgeport heads with chevy springs
SCAT 78mm crank (old, good one)
Pauter rods
Pauter 1.4 rockers
Wiseco 94mm pistons
Manton pushrods
Webcam 86b 112lc cam
VW Speed Shop "turbokit" w/ 45mm throttle bodies
Garret T3/T4 hybrid, (original Garret w/ mods)
DTA S60 PRO ECU
VW Speed Shop crank trigger setup
Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors
4 Ign-1 coils
Turbo XS BOV
Tial 38mm wastegate
German flywheel w/ Kennedy Stage 3 and black magic
Watercooled intercooler
Bosch 044 fuel pump
Aeromotive Regulator
It's been dynoed at 343hp/487nm at the wheels, and PB is 10.67@207kph.
This is a huge step up in performance for me from my previous 200hp crank IDA engine, so I'm really, really excited.

So is your car all ready to go? Just get it all installed and go racing.
What sort of boost is it running?

That's funny, the only detail I knew was the 10.67. Sounds like a killer combo! What kind of boost boost did it take to make those numbers? E85?
