Should the O2 sensor be in the collector or the exhaust from turbo outlet?
How far from turbo if in exhaust?

Thanks

After the turbo. The sensor's docs probably say that. Not sure how far to get it away. Read the info that came with the sensor. I didn't get mine very far from the turbo, as there simply isn't the room.

I have mine about 6" from the turbo outlet, seems to work well.
I accidentally Googled my Twitter. (And I liked it)

How am I going to keep this engine cooled with the turbo in the engine bay?

What he said ^, plus make sure your engine bay can draw in plenty of air to feed both the cooling fan and the turbo.

Hey Chip

I did not weld this. I found a wicked tig welder in my neighbourhood.
Those beautiful perfect smooth welds would have been impossible for me.
I want to kickass at everything, but this is my daily driver so I am desperate to get back on the road.
Dwayne Doell at Ridge Race Cars fit and welded this header for me. He was a lucky find since I was about to ship my intake and engine brace off to California.Shipping adds up.Here's his number.

Anyone here recommend a BOV size?

Is a turbosmart veeport too much?

I'm using a 1st gen DSM valve off a wrecked Eclipse, cheap and it should hold 18 PSI from what I hear. I also have a Raptor valve from T-Netics, but I haven't used it just yet.

I had the DSM, and now have a Veeport. Marty recommended that one to me, so I bought it from him. It definitely cost a lot more that the DSM, but I'm sure it will be well worth it. It is a fine piece of work. But I don't plan on keeping the boost turned down on my 2276 turbo
