Need torque spec for cam bolt?

Need torque spec for cam bolt?

I have a RAT Cam, gear and bolts.
What is the torque spec on the bolts. 5/16"

I'm stuck

Web recommends 14lb-ft.
Personally I've always used 16 and never had a problem.
Put a drop of medium-strength LocTite on the threads.
