do they not make parts in germany anymore?
i had to order sparkplugs(made in india)
and a coil(made in brazil)
where can i find german made spark plugs and a german made coil?

funny...as i re-read the ad at j-bugs...it said blue coil with bracket...i got a steal one without bracket....from brazil...im kinda pissed because the ad even said they do not sell the cheaper ones without the bracket....
i spent just over a thousand dollars on parts with them...i might be doing a return.

jbugs is a discount company you save a buck, but don't all ways get what you want, but get what you pay for. I had horrible service from them too, so wouldn't think of dealing with them again. You can still get Bosch/germany stuff, just did a whole tune up on my car and plugs, wires, misc dis parts, etc where all bosch/german. Cost a bit more(not a ton), but it's my hobby and I want good parts)
Where are you located(Had great luck with them but call again to make sure)

If all else fails go to the dealship, they sell OEM parts and at a price.
There still many good germany parts still out there, so don't belive a shop that tells you they aren't out there, with out doing your homework first.

Probably in the last 4 months I've got new bosch supers, wires, new 6v voltage reg, all with the made in germany sticker on them. But all so got it from the same shop that told me I couldn't get a new german thermostat yet I ordered one from another company and it's brand new from germany. Hate to be lied to just because they don't want to carry the part or take the time to find out where to get it. Just shop around, maybe they had shoped make then in the last 4 months or maybe there supplier is just shipping them the cheaper ones. Do you homework just becuase I shop is big doesn't mean they know everything, look at walmart.
