2.0 ltr engine

Can the 2.0ltr engine make 140ftlbs of torque. I have 44idf webers for this engine. The heads are 2.0ltr bus heads, what cam should i use.

is is to remain a 2.0, or is a bigger engine being based from the 2.0???

Jake it's to remain a 2.0ltr ( 94 x 71 ). Induction is a 44idf carbs, 2.0ltr bus heads stock size valves and a cam change of course.

140 without some stroke, running on pump gas would be difficult..
The "Super 2 liter" combo made over 150 lb/ft but thats due to the stroke and combo more than anything.
The best way to get torque is to add displacement.
From a stock 2.0 combo, with cam and head work the limit is about 120 Tq.
