hello everyone,

just new to STF, good to see a road racing section.

here is a write up on our current racer....yes, yes, has these easy option in the engine at the moment, "oxyboxer" E.F.I/supercharged is planned soon.....

ooooorkay then.....it's a notch, that runs 10 and 11 X17 inch porsche cup wheels

thanx to 29p.s.i boost, it will spin those slicks at 90mph!!!

all those alloy bars hold the wrx motor in place....

and tie through with the cro mol roll cage, parcel shelf is seam welded

haltech efi system, V8 race injectors, ported inlet mannies, up graded turbo and water/air intercooler make 260kw AT THE WHEELS!......kombi 2L (5 rib) box at least is needed. berg intermediate housing, straight cut gears...55mph first gear, 80 second,118 third, 175mph fourth!!! ZF limited slip diff, 228mm four puck and kennedy stage III.......gearbox is also solid mounted to the cage.....

kombi C.V joints and superboot axles, tranny/engine mount also runs under box, and another off intermediate housing up to body...

sub frame runs up to factory type 3 engine mount points.....

other bars run horizontal to stop lateral move ments...

....and tie to body at bumper points... can see golf(rabbit?) radiator that runs via electric water pump to feed intercooler only

adjustable rear whiteline sway bar is 26mm, sway-a-way torsions are 29mm, koni gas adjustable shocks were set on chassis dyno...

rear brakes are slotted, rather large spacers :lol: ...

under the front is secondary 750gall/minute fuel pump, surge pot, and tank breather, radiator for engine cooling (thermos)...

primer fuel pump under tank, coil over springs on koni gas shocks, note large "quick steer", cuts lock to lock steering down to one turn of the steering wheel!!!!

adjustable 24mm whiteline bar and type 3 wagon (squareback?) slotted discs and calipers....

bare minimum in cockpit........8500rpm redline!!

it's beautiful. great tech, and the grit just lets you know it's being used for what it was intended. i'm deeply envious. :)

hey Ozzie, assuming you mean the fiberglass?.....

the bonnet, rear carbon fibre wing and "w" deck lid are customs we make here........the guards are "aero" style fiberglass that are also made down under, i can find a link to them if you like,

Ya know,I am in love too now.

If I could find a way to ship my stuff, I might have to move to OZ. :D

I doubt the wife would understand the reason to move halfway around the world is over VW's though. :(

She and I really want to, but the airline prices really put a halt to that, and besides, we have not even seen all of the US yet.
