Lowering my 1975 standard bug
I have a stock 75' regular/standard bug and am looking to lower it. The question I have is this: I ordered dropped spindles for ball-joint drums is this correct? I am wondering if I should have gotten the link-pin type? I also need to know a simple way to lower the rear. I'm currently running 195x50x15 Nankangs all around and would like to reduce the airspace between tire and top of fenders. Any info would be much appreciated...

Lowering my 1975 standard bug
Thanx for the confirmation brah... I had to get the owners manual out and looked it up and it mentioned ball joints within the maintenance section. I also found out that it is a model sedan 111 and not the 113. I'll be dropping in a AIRKWELD 4-valve electric airbag setup with disc brakes all around on 17x40's (f) and 18x40 (r) SLG rims and Nitto tires. I'll be going with the wider fenders instead of narrowed beams in order to retain my steering. Dropped spindles are just the starting point...
