Should i continue along this path carb cleaner style or is sanding the best method.
Carb cleaner appears to leave OG paint and primer in place. see what I mean.

My paint wipes right off. what to do
OK my paint wipes right off with the use of carb cleaner. PO did the paint job and it appears to possibly be rattle can. I believe it would be better to completley strip the car of this crap before having it done professionally. I believe I could save some $$$ if stripping right?

I'd leave it alone..
If sending it out, you will not be saving any money by stripping this off.
Unfortunately carb cleaner is a solvent...
Keep your car out of the rain... it will not shed water.
If trying to encapsulate it there are some products with limited color choices.
