A HANDY SHOP TRICK EVERYBODY CAN USE-Flourescent Craft Tape-

Seems Like Everytime I Scan Over My VW I Say to myself, gotta replace that, gotta adjust this, gotta tighten that,don't forget to put that hose back on (that's a big one) and so on. So I bought a roll of Flourescent Artist or Craft Tape (any AC Moore or Pearl Arts and Crafts).

You just rip and stick a piece of that tape on the part ( I have several dangling down from the car on the jackstands) and the you never forget to give attention to the part/task you "tagged"

Great idea. But my project will look like it has the measles.

Actually, I have just been going over the smaller parts for the project today and there's a million of them. If I don't start writing stuff down, I'll never finish. Anything that helps jog the memory is a good idea.

i do the Santa Claus thing , i make a list and check it at least twice. that does sound like a great idea though. it would help with some of my sleeplessness. i wake up sometimes and think hey, did i torque that to the right value of just partly sneak up on it.
