setting up an adjustable front beam

Thanks mate I know I've asked the question before but i have forgotten the answer and I was unsure of were I asked now I know and thanks for reminding me

I am completely lost. I have tried every combination of position for the adjusters and I still have no suspension. I purchased a 2" narrowed front beam with avis adjusters preinstalled from CIP1, of course it came with no instructions. I can lower and raise the vehicle, but it is rock hard, basically the tires are the suspension.
