New to the site, have owned v-dubs since the mid 80's. I currently have a Manx style buggy (believe it is an old sears tub) sitting on a 61 pan with a swing axle. However, it has ball joint suspension. The PO did a horrible job of shortening the pan, I just purchased a shortened pan from a local v-dub collector . This pan has an IRS ('73 according to the #'s) and a king/link frame head . I'm looking to get the new pan ready to go so I swap the tub onto it. Looking foward to this project and picking ya'lls brain to complete it !
