Hi, I'm interested in knowing exactly how a Vacuum advance works. Is it just a diaphragm attached to a moving plate that is connected to a port inside a venturi? How is it the plate is moved while the manifold vacuum is decreasing with the RPM's increasing?
Thanks for your expertise!

Thanks for the response.
I just found this webpage that spells it out instead of merely implying it.

Has anyone found a solution to a spring kit to adjust the curve of a vw bosche distributor?

Yes I have. This may have come too late but I just found this thread. I modified a vacuum can to be adjustable and you can experiment with different springs. Is that what you are asking about?theKbStockpiler wrote: ↑Mon Nov 26, 2018 4:04 pm Has anyone found a solution to a spring kit to adjust the curve of a vw bosche distributor?
