I have a MS3 Pro on a 1600 turbo engine. Things where great then I went and screwed that up.
I went from 400cc injectors to 850cc injectors. Both where either junkyard or eBay specials so I have no numbers on them.
With all the above stated I have an issue at small throttle openings and cruise in that I have a lean back fire / pop. The AFR swings about .8 when in cruise.
Tonight I noticed much more stable AFR at cruise but I never got out of WUE.
Just looking for help or a direction to look. I have data logs but other then throwing up different things I’m not sure how to fix it.

Maybe post on the MS forum or see if you can post an MSQ here with a DATA log. Isn't there a spot where you can change injectors and it will give you a new VE table based off of that ?
If not I think you might have to start all over and just re-tune with VE analyze or whatever you've been using for tuning etc.

I’ll work on getting an MSQ and LOG posted tonight.
I’m 95% on a rough VE. I guess what I’m see/feeling is the engine react vary different on and off WUE. But I’m not sure what or where to look for the changes I need to make.

I forgot to update this thread, so in addition to the pop / stutter at minimal throttle my idle was starting to rise. Until I was siting at 2000 rpm off throttle.
I found two intake leaks and fixed those, also fixing my partial throttle issues.
All in all trust the systems and don’t forget to check mechanical items.
I have run WUE twice but I am always impatient and end up stoping it and driving.
