Re: Still playing with notchbacks
Well, the engine assembly is on hold until the new bearings arrive, but my dry sump pump arrived yesterday afternoon.
I did manage to mount the crank trigger yesterday on the right case half.

My pulley for the trigger wheel is stock t1 size. It doesn't clear the dry sump. Well, it didn't. My friend Craig did his thing on his lathe and bingo! Full size pulley with degree marks fits!

After the mice/rats tore up wiring and made the carpet stink to high heaven in the pink car, I am against a deadline of a week from Wed to have the car functioning for the Type 3 Invasion. Man, I hate vermin...

My sweetie helped me bleed the clutch tonight. I can shift, which means I can back onto the trailer without crashing!

Today. For the 1st time in years, I have air cleaners on this car again.
Those will flow nicely and protect.

Seeing what I have to start with. A few pin holes and some definite work to do, but... this could get interesting.

The NOS trucklid is no longer in rough delivery primer... used 60 grit out to 600 grit to prep for sealer. Tonight move sanding and sealer. Tomorrow morning, we try and get some basecoat down.
