1641 cam advice appreciated

I'm building my first engine, it's for my trike which weighs about 450kg.
But I need advice about which cam to put in.
The build so far is stock weight flywheel, stock 69 crank, 1641 pistons and cylinders, flycut 1300 dual port heads, and dual weber 34 icts.
I'm torn between either the scat c 25 or c35 cam or the engle w100. Obviously cam choice dictates valve springs but I'm unclear if I can use stock style lifter with either of my cam choices.

CB2239, like a more accurate W100.

I used a CB2280(cheater cam) with 1.25 rockers and Mexibeetle valve springs on good stock dual port heads on my 1641. I, too, have dual 34 ICTs and have a very small(I THINK its 1 3/8th) merged header I got for nearly free.
It was my first ever build as well, so I'm not a source for advice...just solidarity.

I actually debated posting because the engine is still mounted to my engine stand. Unfortunately, I cannot make an assessment. I will have it installed and running soon, but I made quite a few changes from stock(subtle though they be) so I'm not sure I can make a decent comparison.

450 kg is just a bit over 200 lbs.
Where and how do you ride? Flat land and just cruising, hills and/or turning the loud handle or what. It can make a difference.
For what it is worth: since I don't play the go fast thing on the streets/track or off-road I have a tendency towards using high lift and short duration cam shafts which gives more bottom end torque.
