Well, my pump finally gave it up after 14 years. Alcohol Injection Systems seems to no longer be in business. It has a adjustable single stage switch. Anyone have suggestions on a replacement?.[/img]

I used a Sureflo 8500 series pump and cranked it to 120 lbs. I had no issues with it for the almost 5 years I ran it.
I upgraded to the "Devil's Own" 300 psi pump which cost about $140.00 plus shipping. It has an internal bypass and will maintain the pressure instead of cycling on and off like the other pump.
I can't really say I've noticed any difference between the two so you can go cheaper or more expensive.
I get 100 Degrees of cooling with my W/I.....it's a worthwhile investment.

I’m sure that mine is a Shurflo. Not sure what model, but it’s definitely effective. I never saw the inlet air temp over 90 deg. @ 15 lbs. of boost. I also rigged a blue indicator light in the speedo that shows when the pump is running.

I went to dual nozzles and solenoids to fix issues at climbing long grades. My engine didn't like the big nozzle kicking on at half throttle and lower boost.
I also have a blue light for the 4.0 lb. nozzle and a green light for the second 9.0 lb. nozzle.
If I were you, I'd just cry once and get the 300 psi Devil's Own" pump. In the long run the price isn't relevant if it works well.
My old pump is sitting on a shelf in the garage. Part number is 8009-541-236 and is a Shurflo pump.
