Grob 2,500 engine

Hi Guys, I have the chance to buy a Grob 2,500 E1 engine for little money. I wondered if anyone on here had converted one for a road going vehicle!. It appears they have loads of torque but perhaps not a decent rev range for the open road. They have the Porsche 914 3 stud cylinder heads with only 33 and 39.3 valves fitted, so don't rev much past 3,500 rev's. Just running ideas through my head about fitting larger valves and maybe put a camshaft out of an AN code engine, so it will still have lots of torque but rev to say 4,250. Would be great in a bus! Sounds good to me. Big valves. Proper cam etc. I'd be interested in that motor meself. I'm rebuilding my turbo motor, so I'd change my plan and turbo that instead.
