Solex H40/44 EIS Rebuild

Came up with a pair of Solex 40mm carbs. Are these easy to rebuild? If I can get these rebuilt they'll end up on a 1600 dp in a 64 Bug.

Is there a rebuild service available in North eastern North Carolina?
