Section behind front seats?

Hi Guys I just wanted to ask a question? I think the last year for the metal section behind thr front seats was 76 and I have a 77 and was wondering if there was any way I could get those in there? Do they weld in or bolt in?

Have a look behind your driver's seat. Pre-77, the drivers and passenger's seat had exactly the same bulkheads. I'm pretty sure they cut out the bulkhead for the 77 Westy behind the passenger seat.

You'd have to cut at a wrecker and bolt or weld custom. They don't really come out.

Why would you want to put it back?

I just like the way they look behind the seats. I think it looks more cleaner looking and I want to put lowback seats in from a earlyer bay.
