physical problems with 2600cc motor ?

Okay -
if I want to build this big motor - what kind of problems am I going to encounter ? I think of things throughout the day and laways forget to ask !
Will stock (T4) pushrods and tubes work ?
Will this engine physically fit into the 65 bug's engine compartment (with a DTM shroud)?
and..since I've settled on the 80x103 combo - will I clearance the case ? - also- who to send the case to for opening up the spigots for the 103's ( rimco ? )
who does the best "5 studding" ? do I need "6 studs"?
shuffle pins ?
