2 of my exaust studs on my eepco heads were drilled out oversized and one of them was installed crooked they will work but i dont like them that much...they could b better...what does it take to weld these up and re tap them....a mig with special wire...a tig...???? comments...

Did they take them all the way out to 10x1.5 for the step-studs? (yecch, I prefer helicoils or Time-serts).
You may be able to improve them a bit without welding by using casesavers cut to length - red Loctite the insert to the head and use antiseize on the stud (you could even custom-bend a stud and nobody but you would know the threads are crooked)...

yea thier step studded...someone did it while the engine was in the car and did a crappy job...i did the same on my 1600 just drilled and tapped m while the engine was in and they came out perfect....never let anyone touch your stuff...i have a bunch of case savers... thats a good idea plus the others u metioned...also ive been doin all this research and i might upgrade even more.. so i might sell the heads....im confused....
