Symptoms of needing a new clutch or throw out bearing???

What are some symptoms of a clutch or throw out bearing that needs replacement?

I have a 74 Bus and the trans has 75k on it. I recently had the motor out and I believe this is the second clutch for the bus cause it still has some decent meat on the disc. Its not slipping its just kinda rough when it catches sometimes. Other times its fine and I'm pretty sure its not my foot :o)
