ok, here is everything I have gathered from this forum, with no prejudices....
nitrous is really not streetable.
turbos and superchargers cost about the same
turbos are more fun than superchargers
superchargers dont have lag
both make about the same power though a supercharger is less easily changed if you want more boost etc.
my plan is a turbo setup with a small nitrous boost to get past the lag, and I will be driving it on the street.
doubtless you will get other opinions, your best bet would be to go find people that have cars with each and convince them to let you drive em

I don't know about driving it!!!!!! but the offer still stands to take you for a spin at the Jam.
To save going over the same ground it might be worth you reading through a previous post on this forum by VRSICK 'Why not supercharger?' it's a good read.
See at the Jam

Not necessarily true. A properly set up nitrous system can be just as streetable as a properly set up turbo or supercharger application, and the same is true for improperly designed systems. Nitrous is also much, much cheaper than either turbocharging or supercharging, and can be installed in an afternoon.
Turbo engines *sound* better, though.
