I have a 1955cc engine, and want to put a turbo in it. what is the best way i can go... I've heard alot of you guys say that CB hide away turbo is good but that the programming in it is bad. I dont have any carbs yet, should i go ahead and buy the 44 idf or is there a better way to go with EFI??? Need alot of help and you all are the only people I can turn to

go to dunebuggy.com, they have a great article on building a fuel injected turbo setup. i myself would go for the efi due to the fact it can seriously save your motors ass. the computer controls the mixture and if you go with ignition from sds, then everything will be taken care of at a touch of a button. no more jets and tuning to altitde. buy once and do it right

The best way is to use CBs parts for the most part, but buy a seperate ECU for the fuel injection. You will come out to the same money on their kit piecing it together vs. buying the whole thing so don't sweat that.
If you went with the complete CB kit, less the ECU, and tuning box, and a programmable ECU, you would be in business.
