Calipers spacers for stock ATE Ghia calipers?

I was wondering if anyone in this forum has tried that. I see that Kerscher makes their ventilated rotor front disc conversion using calipers that are stock parts for a Ghia, just a little over a half inch "wider" I see what looks to be a spacer between both pistons housings. Has anyone tried doing something similar? Just curious.

I think CIP1 is working on this. They sell the vented rotors already but when I call a few months back they hadn’t started on the caliper spacer yet. They figured this winter probably.
