Air/fuel guage

Are there any air-fuel guages available for $100.00. Where would I get one. Are these reliable? or do I need to spend more$$

This subjects been covered on this forum and the fuel injection one. Do a search (up the top right of the screen). My A/F setup including Lambda probe and LCD screen cost a total of about £35. Probe was off a VW Golf, LCD from RS components (see attached pic). Check out the other threads though they're quite interesting.
