Problems HELP ,position of turbo??? See pics!!

Please help me with my turbo.Number one and 3 are not running as hot as 2 and 4. Also Magoo and Kurt M. say the turbo air fuel travel SHOULD NOT travel up only down.Is this why it's running like crap.VERY LEAN! I haven't done a compression test yet but it was fine when it was naturally asperated. Should I turn it up 180 degrees so the cold side is on top(facing down) OR stick it behind the fan like on the Fiat.My exhaust right now is in front of the fan so it might suck up some warm air.Please help me....Marc.Email please if any ideas.
