needing info on getting a 45 DCOE

the motor is a 1700 with 7.3 compression, 044 heads, C35 cam, Garrett T3 turbo, pull through with 45 DCOE...I need jetting ball park, emulsion tubes, idles, the whole box of was...my carb is empty...HELP!

You may want to specify venturi size
