Fuel Consumption

Post by Gavin »

Hey jake,
On one of your say 2 litre kits, just stock, coupled with one of your transmissions optimised for your engines, in a Karmann ghia, what do you think the fuel consumption be if you just drove it normally?

The kit is heavily dependant upon the rest of th combo... The induction, exhaust and intake can "Make it or break it" literally.

The right set up with an efficient header, good pair of dual carbs and a Malllory will net well over 30 MPG when being driven like a sane person..
