Well I too have a lot on my plate, but can help out with the newsletter and money duties, as I already do all of that for SEVWC & SEVWA.
I was there before when we tried to get this started. Beileve me, this can take off, but it would need everyones help!
If we all pitch in on different sections, the better it is on everyone!

Count me in. I will help with whatever I can. The 2 vw mags out there just don't do it for me anymore. We need something fresh. Jake, I will help however I can. If you need a hand organizing or whatever feel free to ask. I would like to see this get off the ground.

What if your car is currently t-1 powered, are you allowed to join

stkbus,
Sounds like you would be the one that could definately give the dedication to what we need to get rolling. Our mindset is very much the same, and you like to make things happen. I would say that you should fill the biggest shoes, if you want.....
I know yiou can do it!
Now, all we need is the recruiter! The guy that will be the one getting us out there.
I ask that all that want to contribute email me, or we could schedule a conference call to go over all the avenues.
Looks like we'll make it happen!
Awsome

If I had any skills I would volunteer them. But as it stands I have none that would do you any good.
Tell me where to send my dues. Come to think of it, I could pass out Or sell stickers and Stuff, I am more of a people person than anything else. Have the recruiter get ahold of me when it is time. There isn't much of a Demand around here for Type4's yet But I am sure that I could Help change that.
As it stands, anyone I ever talk VW's with I drop The STF and MASSIVE web sites. I will drag people over to the computer and show them these sites. I guess In a completely volutary way I Endorse the type 4 already.
People call me crazy about how OBSESSED I am about this stuff. I am however still saving up for some type 4 power. It is a long time away though.

I'll do whatever I can do to help. You know you can always count on me for help of any kind. It's the least I can do for all the help and insight you have provided me. Sounds like a good organization. Tim

Hey Jake, to facilitate things, club could (and should) have regional recruiters/organizers to help out and guide the local movement in said state. This would then facilitate the relaying of material and such.(organizing local meets, gathering information that cannot be relayed online and such)
I would vote for a patch rather hats, but, heck, shirt, hats and patches work for me, though stickers should run cheaper to produce and mail, in the long run.
$20 bucks, I'M IN! where and how do I sign?
I have been following this movement since 1998, about time we did something!
Good work guys and gals!

I agree with ephry,
Each state should have its own recrouter(sp). If that is the case I would like to fill in for the NE Florida sector. Going to shows is not a problem and now I will even have a real reason to tell the wife. LOL.
I know I cant fill the bigger shoes but everyone has their place and I hope this is mine. Count me in!

Great! Perhaps it would not be every state, but it could be every region. Like SE, NE, Midwest, west, etc.......
But first we need some more man power to make it happen, and we need to schedule a way to talk about it.
I'm thinking about a chat session this week for all heavily interested parties, kind of an organizational party. Who is in and what day can you do it?? I won't be available on Wednesday night, thats my phone call night.

Absolutely. having chapters makes it a lot easier to get things done.
i guess depending on the region/state and the ammount of members, then it could be based as such.
I know here in MD we may not have that many Type 4 conversions, but I'm preaching to the masses wherever l go
As of now, there are at least 5 conversion into beetles, and Ghias, not to mention the type 4 Buses and 411 vehicles out there, and these are just the people that we catch on the street. The northeast is definitely catching up to the type 4 craze!
Either way, please let me know how to go about this sign up, so that I can submit my dues.
