Look at the picture in the first part of this message. The linkage will come with t template to drill holes in the shroud for the cable to go through and to relocate the oil cooler housing. This should take care of that. Hmm, I wonder if Jake will have a trade in program for alternator stands with a core charge. I was thinking baout this, as I don't want to stop driving the car.

The question is about the bracket welded to the alternator housing not the hole in the DTM. The hole in the DTM is probaly not critical. The hole for the mount point of the bell crank may be critical hence the question.

Yeah, now I see what you mean. Unless the linkage rests solely on the bracket welded to the alternator stand, then, there is no problem of location, as you can adjust this with the linkage rods.
I cannot wait to get that unit installed, well, purchased first.

There are 4 adjustments on the linkage- more than enough room to compensate for even the wackiest settings- It was designed with this in mind.

I can't promise that... Monday we'll be doing the final test fits and making sure that the overall mss produced product is the same as the prototype was.

Let me know when and in what section you post the PN. I will be ordering it with the bracket welded. So I will need to send you my alternator mount to have the backet welded if that is an option.

Its all finished up, we are posting the pics and etc when we get back here Tuesday- its been a crazy week!

I made one design change at the last minute that allows the linkage to work with NO WELDING of the alternator stand!
I'm only awaiting those tabs to be cut by the waterjet cutter.
See what happens when I put more effort into something and don't let the clock get in the way.
